Thank you, Christine.
Unfortunately, the sun was only very sparse during the time when the snow cover spread over Luxembourg. Therefore, it was almost a stroke of luck to be able to observe this beautiful sunset.
I am very pleased that the image suits your taste.
Best regards to Blonay

Hello Mario,
Pure romance, looks like a painting. We can only dream of that here at the moment.

Hello Christine and Rolf,
thank you very much for your kind comments, I am very happy that you like the picture so much. The play of colors in the sky was indeed overwhelming that evening and framed the silhouette of the Breiniger church tower between the trees. Hopefully, we can still observe many beautiful sunsets this summer; they fascinate me anew every time.
Greetings from Aachen,
Mario

Thanks to you too, Michael, I just heard the weather forecast on the radio, with such crappy weather we can't expect such colorful sunsets in the next few days. Rain, rain, rain. As Rudi Carell once sang: When will we have a proper summer again?
Greetings from Aachen,
Mario

Hello Armin, if masts and power lines can "disturb" the image, then integrate them skillfully like this!
I like it very much.

Thank you Armin, I'm glad you like the picture so much. In the early evening, the moon had a slightly reddish tint that made it appear a bit larger. They say "nothing is as beautiful as the moon over Wanne-Eickel," but the moon over Aachen is not to be underestimated either, right?
Greetings from Aachen,
Mario
