ich danke Dir recht herzlich für Deinen Kommentar. Aber ich glaube die Tauben waren nur so nah bei mir weil Sie was Essen wollten.Ich will Dir noch sagen das ich Deine Fotografien so sehr bewundere, die gefallen mir so richtig gut!!!

The mosquitoes were especially annoying :-) But I am very glad that we can make such trips. The first few months with the baby were somewhat confined to the apartment. As soon as we were a kilometer from the house, we had to get back as quickly as possible. However, I will be very cautious with public photos of the child, even though she - now wearing her own Bahnbilder.de shirt - looks cute.

Hallo Pascal,
als ich im September 2005 mit dem Zug an Oberstdorf vorbeigefahren bin, waren die Berge wolkenverhangen und es regnete in Strömen.
Dank deiner schönen Aufnahme kann ich nun das Bergpanorama wenigstens auf dem Foto sehen.

Als ich dort war, waren die Berge morgens meistens auch immer voll mit Wolken, aber als dann die Sonne zum Vorschein kam lösten sich die meisten auf und es zeigten sich wunderbare Motive.

By the way, this image is also a favorite of Google Image Search. That explains the differences in views compared to the other sunsets.

Until last night, I didn't know that this image (and other photos) can be found on Google Images (search).
Question: How does it get there and who or what decides whether an image is listed on Google Image Search?

Hello Christine,
Google employs scouts who are constantly searching for images and other content on the internet. When they find something, they set a link to the search term; however, we do not know the criteria they use to select. We were also surprised by the number of views on one of our images and found it on Google:

Hallo Jeanny,
dieser Augustmorgen mit seinen Nebelschwaden und taubenetzten Spinnweben machte mir bewusst das der Herbst nicht mehr weit ist. Bei der vielen Auswahl die ich an diesem Morgen von der Natur geboten kam, gefiel mir dieses Motiv am Besten.
Ich freue mich das dir das Foto gefällt.

these flowers are called Cape daisies. They are native to South Africa and bloom from June/July to September. They come in several different colors. Since they are easy to care for, they are an ideal plant for the balcony.
