It should be the Rheinpreußen spoil tip in Moers. The sculpture "Geleucht" represents a mining lamp. I haven't been there myself yet – I will probably catch up on that soon. More information can be found on the internet at https://www.abenteuer-ruhrpott.com/industrie _preu.html.

Thank you very much for the tip. I hope that someday I will be able to take a night shot of the illuminated spoil heap.

This is far more than just digital snapshotting. Here you can see how skillful artistic talent and photographic craftsmanship are combined into an impressive image - excellent!

Wonderful, this close-up of the bumblebee. How close did you have to get (5cm ... 10cm?) - Regards, Volkmar

Hello Philipp,
thank you very much for your note. I then took a closer look at the map and discovered that it is not a side arm of the Ruhr, but a shipping canal. Yesterday I corrected the image description accordingly and tried to mark the viewpoint on the map, but it didn't quite work out. The photo was not taken on the side of the canal marked on the map, but exactly opposite.
Have a nice weekend, Marina

Hello Marina,
The Konkarden flowers are also great as balcony flowers.
They are quite low-maintenance and very robust when it comes to temperature fluctuations. The flowering period extends well into September; last year they even bloomed on my balcony until October. Overwintering on the balcony in frost is also not a problem.
Good photo
Best regards, Christine

Your pictures are great, Marina. I especially find this shot fantastic. And with the frame, the image has even more impact. Keep it up, and maybe more people will take a look at landscape photos and not just train pictures all the time. Regards, Jürgen

Again absolutely excellent. This could decorate some packaging, for example for chocolates, soap, cosmetics, or similar items.
