Hallo Mario, ich war mir absolut nicht sicher ob es sich um einen Apfel- oder um einen Birnenbaum handel könnte. Ich kann schon so einige Bäume anhand der Rinde zuordnen. Aber der Stamm war aalglatt und bevor ich hier unsinn hin schreibe, habe ich gedacht ich frage mal ob einer eine Ahnung oder Idee hat. Sollten wir uns geirrt haben auch egal.....danke für Deine Mühe Mario. Andreas

By the way, this image is also a favorite of Google Image Search. That explains the differences in views compared to the other sunsets.

Until last night, I didn't know that this image (and other photos) can be found on Google Images (search).
Question: How does it get there and who or what decides whether an image is listed on Google Image Search?

Hello Christine,
Google employs scouts who are constantly searching for images and other content on the internet. When they find something, they set a link to the search term; however, we do not know the criteria they use to select. We were also surprised by the number of views on one of our images and found it on Google:

Das schöne Bild gefällt mir aber nach wie vor ausgezeichnet und es könnte auch in die engere Auswahl Eurer Kalenderbilder aufgenommen werden.

In summer, when the swimmers crowd the lake, such a picture would not have been possible. Besides, the light on this September evening was much more pleasant than in summer.
