This is certainly not a cuddly kitten, but also not a very dangerous predator like the real (and very aggressive) leopard. The photo was taken from a jeep, there was no barrier! They are beautiful animals. Thank you very much for the compliment.

a very beautiful shot. I was there once in 1997, a mill has always been in operation as a museum. At that time, it was said that the others serve as a safety reserve in case the electric pumps fail. The land lies one meter below sea level.

thank you very much for your kind comments. Holland is already a wonderful country, but Kinderdijk far exceeded our expectations... a dreamlike spot on earth. We want to go there again in September. The mills are supposed to be illuminated at night then.

a very beautiful close-up of the witch hazel. It is planted in many gardens and usually blooms around Christmas time or very early in the year - however, this year only from mid-March.
