Hallo Helmut,
wir waren erst zum 2. Mal in England. Nach 3 Tagen bei Freunden in Bath waren wir für eine Woche in Cadgwith, ein kleines Fischerdorf auf der Lizard-Halbinsel... einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten ein Reetdach-Cottage aus dem 16. Jahrhundert angemietet, direkt am Hafen und vollgestopft mit Antiquitäten und urigen Accessoires. Die vielen Fischerdörfer in Cornwall sind faszinierend, und ich liebe die Grasnelken- und Kleeteppiche an der atemberaubenden Küste. Demnächst würde ich gern mal zur Heideblüte nach England oder Irland fahren.

a beautiful shot. Because of the radiant white, such a photo is not so easy in sunshine. By the way, if I counted correctly, only 6 or 7 of the many blossoms are open. Here, the daisies have just almost appeared overnight. Compared to last year, everything here is about 2-3 weeks later than the previous year.

a beautiful shot. The arrangement of the "tubes" has a fascinating, geometric, almost Irish shape.
@Karl: Here, the daisies are only blooming now as well, but two years ago we had a daisy bush on the balcony that bloomed until January.

oh yes - you take two to three pictures and then pick the best one - a very beautiful shot and well done. I don't know how you do it, I switch to manual, set the aperture as high as possible, and use the flash if necessary. Then the depth of field is quite good.

I have not used the flash for such shots yet, I also switch to manual mode with a high aperture and take several pictures to be able to choose the best one later.

Bei diesen Bild fehlt nur noch, dass man die Hyazinthen auch riechen kann. Eine tolle Aufnahme, Date Jan.
