I try to visualize emotions and moods with my images as well. Here is an example of "Tender Love". (go to image)

Since I love industrial subjects – a preference that is probably not widely shared – I would like to make a positive comment here: I like the image!

Great image, the horizon and water meet in the center of the frame, really strong. Best regards, Thomas

Thank you! It's always nice when others like the pictures too. :-)
A few more will surely be added over time.

On the way along the Kolkerhofweg between Mülheim-Ruhr and Duisburg (view towards Mülheim, Raffelberg lock and power plant). On the right side of the image, the shipping canal can be seen, which is diverted from the Ruhr at the level of the Mülheim harbor area and reintroduced into the Ruhr at Werthacker (Duisburg). The river itself flows a bit further north in a curve. (go to image)

Hello Philipp,
thank you very much for your note. I then took a closer look at the map and discovered that it is not a side arm of the Ruhr, but a shipping canal. Yesterday I corrected the image description accordingly and tried to mark the viewpoint on the map, but it didn't quite work out. The photo was not taken on the side of the canal marked on the map, but exactly opposite.
Have a nice weekend, Marina

Taken just one minute before my other picture, here is the same tree again with a clearly different color structure of the sky. (go to image)

Dreamlike photo. The other one is also good, but I personally like the colors in this one even more. Best regards, Marina
