Very beautifully captured, Stefan.
Besides the two subjects, I really like the mood that the image radiates.

Hello Hans and Jeanny,
I basically like it too, but unfortunately the effect of such an image can hardly unfold on my non-panorama screen.

Thank you both for the kind comments.
We indeed did not consider that such images might not look as good on older screens.
In any case, we are glad that at least Christine can enjoy the picture (on her laptop?).
Best regards to Blonay.

Hello Christine,
you've managed to capture an amazing shot once again. The ship in a spotlight like on a serving platter and the streak of sparkling stars, simply incredible. I really like the image, it invites you to dream.
Greetings from Aachen,
Mario

Hello Mario,
Sun, water, and then the boat appeared, the whole scene just looked so wonderful, I simply had to capture it! I'm glad that I apparently succeeded in capturing the mood of the moment.
Thank you for your kind comment.

Hello Willi,
thank you very much for your comment.
It was not quite easy to capture the beauty of this day, so I tried it differently.
In the meantime, the snow has melted again, and there is not much left of the red leaves either.
Best regards, Christine

Also a beautiful picture, was that taken with your Sigma 70-300 mm lens?

No, I took the picture with the Sigma 18-200 mm DC OS ... today there will be another "real" moon shot ^^ ...

Man, Patrick, that can really make you moonstruck.
A really good subject idea. So far, I've only ever produced sunsets.

Hello Gundula,
the last times I was there, it was either heavy fog or rain. You have captured a very beautiful shot of the Oberaplsee, I have never seen it like this before.
Best regards, Christine

Thank you very much Jeanny, I hope it didn't get too stormy for you while viewing the image... The wind was still at the beginning during this shot but already quite strong. Great that you like the picture.
