Upper Harz Water Management System - Using the example of the Bärenbruch Pond and Ziegenberger Pond, the name Water Management System becomes clear. Like a shelf, the structures were arranged one above the other. The water was collected even after use and directed to the next machine. This way, many installations above and below ground could be operated with the same water. Which other energy carrier can be used so efficiently?

No.81 - Sand caves in the Heers. This is also the Harz! Below the Regenstein castle ruins, north of Blankenburg/Harz, are the sand caves. The caves were a cult site and assembly place (Thingplatz) of the Germanic peoples in early historical times. Currently, they are the filming location for Til Schweiger's new movie.
