Intense evening red over Halle (Saale) upon entering the main train station, shot from the train window over the fields on Julius-Kühn-Straße. A few minutes earlier, it looked even more spectacular, but the view was constantly blocked by trees then.
A few hours later, a severe thunderstorm broke out in the city, after which the extremely oppressive air cleared.

A brief rain shower and a still awake sun created these vibrant sky colors. For a short moment, a rainbow also appeared, but it did not make it into the picture.
From the Herrenhausen Gardens in Hanover, where an international fireworks competition pyro show took place that same evening.
