The Concordia Lake on the Schadelebener shore. During the warm season, swimming and water sports are also possible here. The lake is located northwest of Aschersleben and, like many of its counterparts in the region, is an open-pit mining pit lake.

The Luisenblick is located in the southwest of the town of Aschersleben, on the grounds of the Old Castle, and is a wonderful destination for hikers and walkers. From there, you can enjoy a splendid view of the Harz foothills and the Mansfeld region. The viewing pavilion was designed by the renowned urban planner Hans Heckner in 1911. Not long ago, the local beautification association also renewed the benches.
