I saw these flowers in the German-French Garden in Saarbrücken. Unfortunately, I do not know their name. (go to image) 

Hello Manfred,
these flowers are called Cape daisies. They are native to South Africa and bloom from June/July to September. They come in several different colors. Since they are easy to care for, they are an ideal plant for the balcony.

Marmots are very shy. But today, while hiking, we were lucky and this photo was taken while we were watching them. (August 2009) (go to image) 

Hello Sven,
while we were waiting for the sun to photograph a mountain lake, we heard whistling. Shortly afterwards, we spotted the first marmots.
It took a lot of patience until we could take all the photos, but watching these animals was a lot of fun and exciting.
Best regards

I really like the photo very much, and you have found a good solution so that the copyright is present but does not disturb or impair the image.

Good evening Julian,
as beautiful as the straw bales look, they are quickly picked up by the farmer. They hardly stay lying around for more than one or two days. So you almost have to hurry when taking photos with straw bales.
