Unique in the world! The dune landscape of Sossusvlei in Namibia. Photographed here on 5-3-2009. The surrounding orange dunes, with over 200 meters of height difference compared to the pan, are among the highest in the world. The tallest among them is Dune 7, which is called Big Daddy or Crazy Dune by the locals because of its height and the long ascent to the summit.
