The Azure Window in the west of Gozo is certainly a much-visited tourist attraction, but the area is also very attractive for divers. On 01.10.2007, there were only a few visitors there, and nice weather is (almost) always guaranteed in Malta. 

Gozo, die zweitgrößte Insel Maltas, wird meist über den Hafen Mgarr erreicht, dort legt auch die halbstündlich verkehrende Autofähre von der Hauptinsel an. Nicht weit außerhalb kann man den kleinen Hafen und einen Teil der umgebenden Landschaft schon recht gut überblicken, 01.10.2007 
