The 20 square kilometer mobile dune area El Jable - Las Dunas de Corralejo on Fuerteventura is a protected nature reserve and directly adjoins the approximately 7 km long white and fine-grained sandy beach of Corralejo. The 'living' mobile dune area El Jable is constantly shifting.
