Riders in the Wadden Sea on 15.09.2025. Between Cuxhaven and the island of Neuwerk, which belongs to Hamburg, there is busy traffic with horse-drawn carriages and groups of riders during low tide. Occasionally, these excursionists are overtaken by ships heading towards Hamburg via the Elbe estuary or the Kiel Canal.
