District of Recklinghausen / Island of Ruden

I have noticed that the island of Rude, with just 24 hectares in size, has its own category, but the district of Recklinghausen (for decades the most populous district in Germany) does not appear. I have requested to include the "district of Recklinghausen" in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. I ask for your support.
