Photoshop CS3 is a wonderful program, but very complex, and to fully utilize it, I would warmly recommend the seminar to you.
I believe it is very useful to get explanations of the many features in order to then try them out on your own images.
You can also test everything yourself, but that costs a lot of time and nerves. ☺
I hope my tip is not too late and that you can still attend the offered seminar.
