what is this image description supposed to be?
You are probably showing us a part of the Old Rhine near Rust.
Rust is located near the Rhine in the Rhine Valley, from the Elz River, from the Vosges, from the Black Forest, none of that is visible!
Perhaps the admins could prevent such a completely incorrect classification in the future.
This has nothing to do with the Black Forest, the correct classification is under the Rhine Valley!

Hello Rainer, stay cool ;-). Getting worked up is not good for your blood pressure! As a long-established "Breisgauer," you naturally know the area very well. A stranger, of course, has their problems. However, the image caption is presented in a very cumbersome way. Sometimes less text is better, for example, "Rheinaltarm near Rust" or "Nature Reserve Taubergießen." As it is, it's just a chaotic text without any clear information. I completely agree with you, less is sometimes more!
What should definitely be correct, however, is the proper classification.
