A zucchini plant in the garden almost always yields a high harvest. From mid-July, you can harvest the cucumber-like fruits that can grow up to 60cm long and weigh 2-3kg. Zucchini belongs to the gourd family and is a vitamin-rich vegetable. The delicious fruits can be used as vegetables, in soups, casseroles, cakes, or grilled.
