Unassuming yet fascinating: The white "tongues" at the edge and the yellow "tubes" in the center of the daisy's flower head are all tiny flowers.

a beautiful shot. Because of the radiant white, such a photo is not so easy in sunshine. By the way, if I counted correctly, only 6 or 7 of the many blossoms are open. Here, the daisies have just almost appeared overnight. Compared to last year, everything here is about 2-3 weeks later than the previous year.

@Karl: Here, the daisies are only blooming now as well, but two years ago we had a daisy bush on the balcony that bloomed until January.
