At least you still have a very beautiful background. For my poppy shots, I had to do a lot of cropping or contortions. On two sides there was a substation, a road with parked trucks, and on the fourth side a cemetery right next door.

Oh dear, you can't see that in your pictures. With this field, it was located on the border of the industrial zone of Bex. That means there was a factory on the right side as well, so we could only take shots in that direction.

a beautiful shot. This year, quite a lot of poppies seem to be grown in combination with rapeseed.

you are right. We noticed that too. For years, there was hardly any poppy here and only a few rapeseed fields, but this year there are suddenly several. Maybe someone has discovered a market niche. Be that as it may, such a sight delights the heart.
